Lais Ferreira

Hailing from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Lais is a professional dancer, choreographer and instructor with over 10 years experience in the arts.  She specialises in Urban dance and has worked with some of the biggest names in Urban dance culture from Brazil as well as top international professionals. 

Having acting experience combined with her dance prowess, Lais performed in video clips for several famous Brazilian artists such as Ivete Sangalo, Rincon Sapiência and Mc Kevin o Chris and featured in visual advertising projects for major brands such as Habib's. Lais also worked as a choreographer for well-known dance shows in São Paulo and danced with the competitive group Ritmos Base and The Art Of Dance, winners of National championships in the Urban and Freestyle categories.  

Now based in Sydney Australia, Lais is fast becoming known as a popular Urban dance instructor with a captivating style.  She brings her experience and distinct flair for Urban and afro Urban dance to the Rio Projekt ensemble and show.
